APX Procurement Terms

1. Procurement Role Only

APX operates solely as a procurement coordination service for licensed providers and authorized medical practices.

APX does not manufacture, compound, dispense, prescribe, or provide medical advice.

2. Provider Responsibility

All products are procured at the discretion of the purchasing provider or authorized representative.

The provider assumes full responsibility for product use, patient application, clinical decisions, storage, handling, and regulatory compliance.

3. No Medical or Therapeutic Claims

APX makes no representations or warranties regarding therapeutic outcomes, safety, efficacy, or patient suitability.

4. Product Classification

Products may not be compounded prescription medications unless fulfilled through a licensed pharmacy.

Products are not represented by APX as FDA-approved drugs for patient treatment.

5. Compliance with Laws

The provider is solely responsible for compliance with all applicable federal, state, and professional regulations.

6. No Resale Representation

The provider agrees not to represent APX as a manufacturer, pharmacy, or prescriber.

7. Payment & Order Processing

Orders are subject to verification, approval, invoicing, and payment prior to fulfillment.

8. Limitation of Liability

APX shall not be liable for clinical outcomes, patient results, product misuse, or regulatory violations.

9. Agreement to Terms

By submitting a purchase order, the provider agrees to these terms.
